Although her given name is Olena, most people know her as Olenka—a nickname lovingly given to her by her Ukrainian father that has remained with her throughout her life and career.

Olenka Dolak is a professional cellist, educator, entrepreneur, and real estate professional whose career has been defined by a commitment to excellence, creativity, and meaningful connection. A graduate of the prestigious Manhattan School of Music, Olenka earned both her Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees in Cello Performance. She studied under Marion Feldman, an acclaimed pedagogue and former student of legendary cellist Pablo Casals. During her graduate studies, she also participated in an international exchange program at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen, Denmark, further expanding her artistic perspective and musical training.

As a performer, Olenka has appeared in renowned venues throughout New York and has performed extensively throughout the United States and internationally as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral cellist. Her career has taken her across North America and Europe, including service as Principal Cellist of the Mexican Symphony Orchestra during its U.S. tour. Her performances have received critical acclaim, including recognition in the San Diego Times, and she continues to share her passion for music through both performance and education. As an educator, she is dedicated to helping students develop not only technical proficiency, but also confidence, discipline, and a lifelong appreciation for the arts.

Alongside her work in music, Olenka built a successful career in New York real estate. She began her real estate career with some of the city's most respected development companies, including Extell Development, The Durst Organization, and Solow Realty & Development, where she gained extensive experience in luxury leasing, client relations, and the presentation of premier properties and spaces throughout Manhattan.

Building on that foundation, she later transitioned into luxury residential sales, representing discerning buyers and sellers throughout New York City and Westchester County. Her clientele often included individuals and families seeking primary residences, pied-à-terres, and weekend retreats. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and elevated level of service, Olenka became passionate about every aspect of the client experience—from staging and presentation to private property tours and strategic marketing. Her philosophy was simple: every detail matters. Whether preparing a luxury property for market or coordinating a seamless client experience, she believed excellence should be evident in every interaction.
