Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Olenka Dolak. We strive to provide exceptional products, music services, and client experiences. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Physical Products

If you purchase physical merchandise from our online store, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and in its original condition.
Original packaging must be included.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include photographs of the item and packaging so we can promptly resolve the issue.

Custom & Personalized Items

Because many products are custom-made or personalized, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or contain an error made by us.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Personalized gifts
Custom artwork
Event-specific products
Special-order merchandise

Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable content, all digital products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds after purchase.

This includes digital downloads, printable materials, sheet music, guides, templates, and other electronic products.

Private Music Lessons

Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Lessons canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without notice are non-refundable.

In cases of illness or emergencies, accommodations may be made at our discretion.

Concerts & Event Performances

Payments made to reserve performances, weddings, concerts, or private events may require a non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation terms will be outlined in each individual performance agreement or event contract.

Real Estate Services

Real estate services are governed by separate brokerage agreements and applicable state licensing laws. Any commissions, fees, or contractual obligations are determined by the signed representation agreement and are not subject to this refund policy.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability.

European Union Customers

For eligible physical merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.

This does not apply to custom-made, personalized, or digital products where exemptions under applicable law apply.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days, although your financial institution may require additional processing time.
